Managing Partner
Mònica specializes in Commercial and Tax Law. She develops her functions thanks to her extensive training in:
• Degree in Law from the International University of Catalonia (UIC).
• Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Barcelona Bar Association (ICAB).
• Master’s Degree in Tax Consultancy and Tax Management from the Estudios Financieros” (CEF) of Barcelona.
• Specialization courses in the following areas: Practical Accounting, Tax Procedures, Business Restructuring, Inheritance and Donations (civil and tax), International Taxation, Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
