Raquel Morell Guiote

Raquel works in the Human Resources department, combining her background in psychology with her specialization in people management, career guidance and talent development. Her work focuses on supporting the growth of the team, improving internal processes and fostering an organizational culture based on communication, trust and continuous improvement.
She carries out her role thanks to her training and experience in:
- Psychology.
• Specialization in Human Resources, career guidance and professional development.
• Experience in recruitment, talent onboarding, internal training, professional support and improvement of organizational processes.
• Complementary training in psychology applied to organizations, communication, leadership and talent management.

In one life, she would be a writer, to put into words what is often difficult to express. In another, an explorer, to discover places, cultures and different ways of understanding the world. And in the third, a researcher of human behaviour, because understanding why people do what they do has always seemed to her one of the most interesting questions.
